Privacy Policy

At ArbiMod ("we") we build tools for P2P traders: the arbimod.com website, the ArbiMod App mobile application (Android and iOS) and the other products of the suite. This policy explains what data we process, what we use it for and how we protect it, both on the website and in our applications.

Data we collect

We collect only the data required to provide the service:

  • Account data: username, email address and password. Passwords are always stored protected; never in plain text.
  • Exchange API credentials (for example Binance) that you choose to link in order to use cloud services such as ArbiMod App: they are stored encrypted and are decrypted only on our servers at the moment your information is fetched. In ArbiMod Edge (the desktop bot) your keys are stored encrypted on your own machine and never travel to our servers.
  • Operational data: ads, orders and metrics of the accounts you link, obtained from the exchange's official APIs to display them in the application.
  • Minimal technical data: access and error logs required to operate and secure the service.

We do not collect your location, your contacts or advertising identifiers, and our applications show no third-party advertising.

Biometrics (Face ID / fingerprint)

Biometric unlock in ArbiMod App is optional and is processed exclusively on your device through the operating system APIs (Android and iOS). We never receive, transmit or store your biometric data.

How we use the data

  • Providing the service: showing you your accounts, ads and metrics.
  • Authenticating you and keeping your session secure.
  • Protecting the service and preventing unauthorized access.
  • Supporting you when you write to us.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers strictly required to operate the service:

  • Exchanges (for example Binance): we query their official APIs with the credentials you linked, solely to read and manage your own operation.
  • Cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services): hosts our servers and databases.

We never sell, rent or hand over your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Security

  • All communication between your devices and our servers is always encrypted.
  • API credentials are stored encrypted and passwords are always protected; never in plain text.
  • Credential decryption happens only on the server; credentials never reach the application or the browser.
  • Internal access to data is restricted to the minimum required to operate the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request the complete deletion of your account and your data by writing to us; we delete it unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, request its deletion or object to its processing at any time by writing to our contact email. We reply promptly.

Minors

Our services are intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the updated version on this same page with its update date.
